This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field talking to people, creating leads, and helping us grow.
Open Positions
Event Staff (Weekends) – Be the face of our company at shows, fairs, and community events. Greet people, hand out flyers, and set appointments.
Canvassers (Mon–Wed) – Knock doors in neighborhoods where we’re working, introduce homeowners to our services, and book free estimates.
What We Offer
$18–$20/hr + $20–$50 bonus for every qualified lead

What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, confident personality — you like talking to people
Reliable and consistent — if you say you’ll show up, you show up
Able to work weekends (for event staff) or early-week shifts (for canvassing)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
