MTM is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Artist / Designer to join our marketing team, reporting directly to the CMO. We care more about what you can create than how long you’ve been doing it!
About the Role
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll take ownership of our digital assets and contribute to a variety of creative projects, including:
Website banners, catalogs, flyers, and print advertisements
Social media content (graphics, visual stories, and profile assets)
Email marketing materials and digital campaigns
Brand assets for both digital and print media
We need someone who can work under pressure and tight deadlines, while maintaining brand consistency and delivering strategic, compelling visuals across multiple platforms.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) ✅ Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail ✅ Ability to interpret project requirements and execute high-quality work ✅ Experience with web and print and social media content production ✅ Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently ✅ Basic HTML knowledge ✅ A passion for watches and accessories
