Grayceland Healing founder is seeking a self-motivated multi-tasking junior assistant based in Los Angeles with an energetic personality and active experience in the wellness, holistic & creative industries! This position requires schedule flexibility in order to accommodate the needs of our ever-growing holistic business ventures, creative projects along with personal household tasks & philanthropic endeavors.
Grayceland Healing is a holistic based wellness company founded by Certified Sound and Energy Medicine Practitioner, visual artist, fashion photographer, mother, explorer of frequencies, and dynamic spirit woman who holds a masters certification in intuition medicine. She brings captivatingly unique wellness experiences to balance the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual systems. Specifications:
Location: Studio City, CA
Type: Part-Time (25-30 hours/week), with room to grow
Hourly Rate: Trial period compensation will be $20/hour
Compensation will be determined after the trial period depending on skill set

Frequent use of a computer and must have your own laptop with current software & adobe programs for offsite venues
Prolonged periods of sitting (office or ceremony)
Must have a reliable car to get to work and from location to attend meetings, events & run errands. Must have a good driving record

Proficient with Planoly, Godaddy, Google Drives, Squarespace, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Tiktok, Apple Software, Canva, Vimeo, Zoom, Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Illustrator), Dropbox, Lnk.Bio (if you are not proficient you must be willing to learn)
Being flexible to adjust/adapt with changing priorities & weekly schedule
Apple Computer/Phone Savvy & fluent
Skilled in color correction, photo retouching, graphic design
Ability to size images according to requested specifications for all platforms used
Strong knowledge of different color, space, and file extensions
Responsibilities:
Assist/Manage/Oversee all Grayceland Healing campaign productions under senior coordinator
Co-coordinate all details for events/workshops/retreats, pre/post and on-set details and requirements
Assist in setting up, packing, and unpacking a variety of sound healing instruments including delicate crystal alchemy bowls, gongs with stands, and other items creating a sacred healing space, etc.
Assist in sound baths, events, workshops, future retreats, and photoshoots which may include weekends and travel
Create mood boards for wellness photoshoots
Creation of posts, reels, and videos, keeping an editorial calendar
Keeping on top of subscriptions, deadlines, billing cycles, and renewals
Update websites regularly: Squarespace, LiveBooks Editsuite & WordPress
Curate email blasts & announcements: FloDesk & Campaign Monitor
Photo Editing, retouching, sizing, graphic design
Curation of Blog posts and maintaining Planoly calendar
Closely managing the business & personal social calendars
Perform both business and personal errands as needed
Administrative tasks such as answering phones, preparing paperwork, filing and documentation
Daily correspondence & invoicing with business manager, accountant and all clientele
Planning and scheduling posts on social platforms
Maintain organization in home office environment
Candidates must have a car, a clean driving record is a MUST, great references, and a one-year commitment is required.
