I’m looking for a part-time Podcast Production & Marketing Assistant to help record, edit, and promote a purpose-driven podcast based in Pasadena / Greater Los Angeles.
This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling, wellness, and media. You’ll help produce podcast episodes, capture promotional photos, and manage short-form content for YouTube and Instagram to grow the show’s reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
Attend and assist with in-person podcast recordings (camera, lighting, sound)
Take professional photos of me and my guests during recording sessions
Edit video and audio clips for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media
Write captions, titles, and schedule posts across platforms
Help brainstorm episode ideas, guest topics, and marketing strategy
Track analytics and suggest creative ways to grow reach and engagement
Ideal Candidate:
Based in Los Angeles area with reliable transportation to Pasadena
Experience with video/photo setup (camera, lighting, sound)
Comfortable using CapCut, Canva, Descript, or similar tools
Understands social-media content and short-form storytelling
Organized, proactive, dependable, and positive
Interested in personal growth, wellness, and creativity
Details:
10–15 hours per week
Mostly weekdays, scheduled in advance
Pay range: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience
Reliable transportation required
