Previous printing/graphics and customer service experience strongly preferred.

We are in need of an outgoing and self-motivated highly qualified for our print shop. It is a family type vibe and yet very fast paced and super busy. This is a part-time position of 25-30 hours/week.

We are a print and copy center with a variety of other services, and we have been in business for over three decades. We have an excellent reputation in the community for our high standard of service, and are seeking an adaptive individual with the values and work ethic to maintain our positive and friendly company culture. We are looking for a punctual, responsible, and caring person.

You must work efficiently both independently and with others to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Job Duties:

● Main Role in Customer service: Helping walk-in clients and emailed submitted orders, answering phones, etc.

● Copying and printing jobs (big and small), scanning, faxing, laminating, finishing, binding, cutting, etc.

● Regular use of PC computers and computer programs for printing, print and document setup, typesetting, scanning, etc.

● Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. are highly preferred.

● This is a hands-on position.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

● Expertise with Microsoft Office

● Team Player

● Customer Service Experience

● Verbal and written communication skills

● Internet and computer savvy
