JOB #1 Printer Operator/Graphic Design - FULL TIME

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Graphic Designer / Printer Operator, to design and print business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, invitations and other design media; from design to print production. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to professionally deal with customers and must be able to multi-task under pressure.
Part-time then transition to full-time schedule highly possible, after a few months of employment.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
Our Printing Studio utilizes cutting edge technology, digital/large format printers and software. Selected applicants must demonstrate creativity in designs for several project. You WILL NOT be trained for any design software. Training on print production will be provided. (Note: This position includes slight lifting and loading of paper materials)
Applicants must demonstrate skills using:
PC platform to design
PC platform to communicate (RIP) files to printers. WILL TRAIN
Adobe Creative Suite software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (primary layout software), Adobe Acrobat Pro NO TRAINING
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook NO TRAINING
DAY TO DAY TASKS
Answering phones
Directly working with clients: in person (in-store), phone, and email
Pre-press processing of all customer supplied files
Creating unique design for clients
Sending project watermarked proofs for approval
Making revisions on pending projects, follow up with clients to ensure project completion
Set up completed files to print
Operate and calibrate laser printers
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to walk-in customers
Generate monthly marketing promotions
Creating email blasts using Constant Contact
Basic troubleshooting of computers and printers
HUGE PLUS
Production experience: cropping, scoring, folding, packing
Experience using Command Workstation(s), Creo, Etc.
Basic copywriting/editing skills
Experience setting up files for print
Experience: operating and calibrating laser printers
Training will be provided in Glendale, CA. This job position is for Glendale, CA Branch.
Hours of accepting walk-in applications 10am - 3pm (Mondays to Fridays)

JOB #2 Booking Sales - FULL TIME
We are looking for highly motivated and experience sales people (Limousine Rental Exp. Highly Preferred - but not recommended) to join our Sales team.
There will be phone calls, b2b, and online promoting involved. If you have your own marketing strategy, you have full freedom to use it as long as it generates leads and sales.
Hourly Rate + Top Commission Pay (info will be provided on the day of interview)
Key skills required:
At least 1 year of experience in Sales (Booking and Reservation Sales Preferred)
Able to and comfortable with Cold Calling
High need for achievement of sales goals.
Coach-able individual that Listens to and implements advice from our Top Sales Managers.
Computer literacy PC.
Experience working and succeeding in a quota and goal driven environment.
Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers.
Works well independently and as part of a team
Has reliable transportation
Bi-lingual skills a plus.
