We’re seeking a talented and passionate Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our powerhouse clients and in-house teams. You will be responsible for projects from initiation to final product, including proposals, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and invoicing, while maintaining the absolute highest quality of creative standards at all times. We are looking for someone with a strong combination of business acumen, creativity, and the ability to foster and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities:

Work on a wide range of projects, and act as the key contact point between our clients and creative, production and marketing staff, and external vendors.

Manage creative services budget and is responsible for project timelines and deliverables.

Participate in strategizing and presenting pitches to prospective new clients and manage creative workflow. Lead kickoff meetings and creative brainstorm sessions.

Maintain thorough and clear project files, as well as notes for discussions with clients regarding projects.

Managing P&L statements, client billing, and client retention.

Display a strong work ethic and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and our clients, while being able to adapt to a fast-paced rapidly changing creative environment, always adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience in project management in a creative / agency environment

Big picture mentality with detail focus. Excellent communication and follow up skills

Ability to multi-task many projects and seek simple solutions to complex problems in a creative environment

Ability to motivate and empower teams by setting clearly defined processes, targets, and goals

Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines

A strong collaborator who can instill a passion for collaboration, teamwork and inspiration throughout the department

Knowledge of video games and/or experience in video game marketing is a plus

Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in marketing, communications, advertising, design, or similar field is preferred
