COMPENSATION: PER PROJECT
JOB TYPE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Job Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality interior and exterior photos of residential and commercial properties.
Use HDR photo techniques
Use wide-angle lenses and proper composition to make spaces look inviting.
Capture aerial shots using drone technology to showcase properties from a unique perspective.
Follow FAA regulations for commercial drone use.
Deliver raw files on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in real estate photography (portfolio required)
Reliable transportation to visit property locations
Drone photography experience - Part 107 required
Knowledge of videography and 360° virtual tour creation (Matterport experience is a plus)
Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
