A musician with some experience with Adobe Audition or similar DAW. Should have some experience with playing singing bowls. Basic understanding of music theory a plus. Must be proficient with PC applications. Should have some website editing knowledge but will train. Experience with a DSLR camera and photo editing software a major plus but will train. Some QuickBooks experience helpful but will train. Must be able to take direction and execute quickly, be organized, detail-oriented, be able to multitask, and have good interpersonal skills. Must have a car and a valid CA license. Must be able to do some heavy lifting when required. Must like animals (we have 2 mellow cats and a yellow lab, and a rescue mutt). This is a casual environment but can be high pressure at times. This position will start on a part-time training schedule when training is complete.
Mask-wearing is mandatory for now. All staff is fully vaccinated; vaccinated applicants preferred.
Job Description:
Duties include but are not limited to recording and editing singing bowls, product photography, basic website maintenance, editing, and posting of pictures and content on our website. Additional responsibilities include general administrative support including customer service, running errands, occasional loading of bins weighing 50 lbs., pet and grounds care.
