Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales / Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with other high-end kitchen cabinet brands and be able to provide clients with thoughtful design and personalized service from start to finish.
This role will start at our City of Industry location and relocate to our new Pasadena showroom once it opens.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their space, style, and budget
- Create and present design layouts using 2020 Design software (or similar tools)
- Recommend materials, finishes, and configurations tailored to each project
- Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain long-term customer relationships built on trust and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver an exceptional showroom experience
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury or high-end kitchen cabinet sales and design preferred
- Knowledge of 2020 Design software or similar design tools is a plus
- Strong sense of style, design, and customer service
- Team player with excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
