Job Content
Responsible for the content production and release of self-media platforms (YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.), creative planning, copywriting, optimization of video/graphic content, participation in community interaction, improvement of user stickiness and brand influence, research on platform algorithms, and improvement of content exposure.
Job Requirements
Understand the gameplay of self-media platforms, be familiar with popular content, have basic editing/design/copywriting skills (depending on the position), have a strong sense of responsibility, have innovative thinking, and be able to complete tasks independently. Those with relevant experience are preferred, and those without experience can be trained.
