Overview
We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating laser cutting machines and be familiar with various materials used in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to ensure precision and quality in the production process
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to meet specifications
- Work with sheet metal, weld, and program laser cutting equipment
- Utilize CNC machines for fabrication purposes
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions
- Perform tasks related to plasma cutting and stamping press operations
Skills
- Proficiency in operating forklifts for material handling
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes to maintain product standards
- Experience working with sheet metal and welding techniques
- Ability to program laser cutting equipment efficiently
- Familiarity with CNC machinery for fabrication tasks
- Competency in using precision measuring instruments for accuracy
- Understanding of plasma cutting procedures
- Capability to operate stamping press machinery
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.10 - $23.42 per hour
