We are seeking an experienced CNC Set-Up Operator with lathe experience to join our team on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CNC lathes, be comfortable with set-ups, and ensure production runs meet quality and efficiency standards.
Set up and operate CNC lathes for production runs
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain tolerances
Ensure quality standards and production schedules are met
Maintain a clean and safe work area
