We are in need of a CNC operator. This is a great company to work for and looking for long term employee who takes their job serious. If you know how to program as well that will be a HUGE PLUS but not necessary.
-MUST have machinist experience
-Able to lift up to 60 pounds
-MUST know how to read G Code and make program edits
- MUST know tools and measurements
-Knowledge of Fadel CNC is a major plus for us but will train the rite candidate
-MUST be a Team Player
-MUST BE ON TIME-we start at 7am
-MUST have reliable transportation
-Able to work and a guaranteed 8-12 hours/day M-F occasional Saturday if needed
-MUST be dependable and can work with little supervision
-Knowledge of basic CNC maintenance(keep coolant and oil levels up etc)
Job Duites:
This position is pretty strait forward. You will be loading parts on the table, set up tools/heights, load program and running the part. Each Part takes 3-4.5 hours to machine. While machine is running you will have a lot of downtime so we are looking for someone very responsible and can handle multitasking when parts are on machine.
Those duties will be:
-making sure work area is clean
-taking chips out machine when full
-sweeping up chips and mop excess coolant off the floor etc
Pay:
Starting $27/hour. IMMEDIATE pay raise when you hit 6 months.
