We are seeking a highly experienced and talented CNC Machinist that takes pride in his/her workmanship and professionalism.
CNC Machinist duties:
-Produce machined parts by setting up and operating Haas CNC Machines
-Read and understand CNC programs, set-up sheets and blueprints
-Measure and inspect parts
-Maintain quality and safety standards
-Maintain equipment, tools, fixtures, and supplies
-Complete job travelers and other documents
-Ability to program G-code and/or Mastercam is a plus!
-Ability to program PC-Dimas for CMM is a plus!
Specific qualifications for the CNC Machinist position include:
-Experience as a CNC Machinist
-Ability to understand and edit CNC Programs
-Ability to setup and operate CNC Mills and Lathes (Haas)
-Ability to select and setup proper cutting tools as specified in CNC programs
-Ability to read blueprints, process written and verbal instructions
-Must be able to work well with a team.
-Must be dependable with good attendance and able to adhere to timelines and schedules.
-Ability to meet +/-.0005” tolerances
-Ability to use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) as needed
-Strong verbal communication skills
-Ability to lift 40 lbs.
