SUMMARY:
Responsible for the assembly of products as well as production procedures by assembling and installing electronic components and electromechanical products, according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.
Duties:
Soldering (tin wires and component leads)
Fabricate and install wire harnesses
Mechanical assembly & install and torque screws and nuts.
Installing switches, jacks, meters, relays, and wires into chassis.
Use of chemicals, i.e., alcohol, epoxies, RTV silicones, etc.
Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints and/or written assembly instructions.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to constantly sit, frequently walk, occasional lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs., intermittently kneeling and reaching.
