We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in El Monte, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of top-notch knitwear that aligns with our mission of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate multi-head embroidery machines
Read and interpret work orders and embroidery files (DST, PES, etc.)
Thread machines and select appropriate needles, colors, and stabilizers
Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate stitching and alignment
Troubleshoot machine errors and perform basic maintenance
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and production-ready
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
Prior experience operating industrial embroidery machines a plus but not necessary
Attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
