We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Factory Packers to join our team in the packing and shipping department. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in packaging, assembly, and quality control, with the ability to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Prepare goods for shipment by securely packaging and labeling items
Build boxes or pallets for outgoing shipments
Inspect and ensure product quality before packaging
Select products from inventory and perform basic quality checks
Accurately complete shipment paperwork and labels
Operate hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, basic tooling)
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a factory, warehouse, or packing environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Familiar with basic warehouse tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
