1. Must have 2-3 years' experience troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and setting up comprehensive line of grinding machines
2. Prior experience in a customer-facing role providing training customers on equipment operation
3. Must be able to travel (locally and some international)

FULL DESCRIPTION: Our client is looking for Field Service Engineer with minimal CNC maintenance experience, experience supporting other machine tool manufacturers, or experience supporting electro-mechanical equipment in a different industry, are encouraged to apply.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Install, test, and commission new CNC grinding machines
Provide training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
Document all service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions
Calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic issues
Warehouse management and equipment preparation when not traveling
The selected candidate will also possess:
Willingness to travel frequently as the job involves on-site installations and training at customer locations.
Ability to lift heavy equipment or parts, as well as work in various environments, including industrial settings.
Ability to manage parts, tools, and documentation effectively, especially in a warehouse setting
Familiarity with hydraulic and general mechanical systems and troubleshooting
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role is highly desirable
Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Salary Range: $28-$35/hr
