1st Shift Quality supervisor: (Temporary Need) $30.00/hr (1) from 7:00AM -4:00PM hours could vary due to business need. Must be available for OT and weekends. with Quality background in assembly production.
Please note that the time frame for this need is TEMPORARY while an EE is out on LOA.
Certifications needed- FDA Food defense 101 and Hazmat’s preferable.
Job Duties:
· Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents.
· Maintain certifications for packout process, FDA, GMP, Organics, AIB, ABC.
· Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
· Interact via email and verbally with internal departments and clients.
· Implement quality control training to key personnel within the company.
· Ensure we are in compliance with GMP and all applicable rules and regulations from the temp agency associates.
· Review, investigate opportunities with non-compliances and generate Root cause analysis.
· Create Corrective action reports.
· Supervise and work with 8 quality inspectors from 3 different buildings and two different shifts.
· Participate In both external and internal audits.
· Supervise execution of in process inspection, incoming inspection and final inspection.
· Participates in Kick off meetings,
· Participates in Quality meetings
