About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Helper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with warehouse staff and office to ensure smooth operations.
Check and print paperwork on the computer.
Use phone and text to assign tasks and provide updates to team members.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and quickly.
Report any missing orders and take steps to fix the issue.
Pack and help fulfill orders to meet deadlines (pack items in boxes or on pallets).
Assist team members with daily tasks as needed.
Communicate fluently in English; Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
Proficient in English; Spanish skills are a bonus.
At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
Benefits:
Monday to Friday (weekends off)
$20 per hour plus full benefits, including healthcare, dental, vacation pay, and sick pay.
