We are a fulfillment center located in Carson looking for a trucking dispatcher to expedite the movement of incoming containers and outgoing cargo within the ports.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and examine delivery orders and BOL’S
Determine method of shipment
Check import/export documentation to determine cargo contents
Data entry
Negotiate and arrange transport of goods with shipping/freight companies
Desired skills and qualifications:
Computer skills
Must have at least 3 years of experience with the Ports of LA/LB
Must have terminal website appointment experience
Must have prior experience working at a logistics or transportation warehouse
4pm-12:30am (Mon-Thurs) 6am-2:30pm (Saturdays) Friday OFF
Location: Carson
Pay rate: 28 DOE
