2nd shift: 2pm - 10:30pm (position will start on 1st shift for training), Monday - Friday, 40 hours / week
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily maintenance (mechanical and electrical) of production equipment used to manufacture PPE products.
- Ensure operation of all production equipment by repairing or replacing defective parts, adjusting functional parts, mechanisms and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated, PLC controlled machinery such as assembly or packaging equipment.
- Knowledge of automated machinery control systems, motor controls, sensors, and switches.
- Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Good experience with pneumatic equipment and small mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of machinery such as pneumatic actuators, grippers, valves, pick and place mechanisms, hydraulics, motors and controllers, vibratory feeder systems, PLC / HMI, sensors.
- Familiar with blueprints, electrical diagrams, and ladder diagrams.

Salary: $30 - $38 / hour + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off)
