Injection Molding -Plastic Parts-Electronics/Circuit Breakers/Aerospace
We are looking for candidates who worked in Quality control a minimum of 3 years and have strong leadership skills to insure/execute all procedures on the manufacturing floor as written. The lead is an individual who enjoys learning the products and improving daily output by investing in the production team by asking questions and seeking answers.
This individual is responsible for the shift Inspectors relating to Quality parameters, ISO Documents, and corrective action plan. Individuals must be able to present clear ideas with backup analysis to executive management.
There will be a discussion between the Lead QA and the Lead Process Technician.
Lead Precision In line Inspectors Needed to inspect Plastic Manufactured Components and is responsible for all ISO document compliance. The lead is seeking to drive rejection rates down and implement procedures to detect and improve detection.
Inspector will measure plastic components and then release them to the manufacturing floor. Measuring includes the ability to read a blueprint and has knowledge of measurement tools ( CMM, Drop gauge, Micrometer, Use of Pin Gauges, and ability to utilize a microscope and last knows what the Quality Terms of the true position and x and y-axis mean)
There are also visual criteria for the plastic components which need to be monitored and detected. If you have a good eye to catch visual imperfections you will be a perfect fit. The Lead will organize with the visual inspectors how to mitigate any future rejections thru implementation and round table discussions.
Once the product is manufactured inspector must prepare and review the ISO measurement documents are being filled out properly and in compliance. The lead is also responsible for the team's compliance with all ISO documents used on the manufacturing floor. ( Usually, walk the floor and reconfirm all members of the team are performing the ISO documentation properly)
First Shift:7am-3/5pm
