We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our AS9100-certified mold machine shop. The ideal candidate will operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts for aerospace applications.:
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machinery.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
Perform precision machining to meet AS9100 quality standards.
Inspect parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of AS9100 standards and aerospace tolerances.
Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drawings.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Experience with Haas, Fadal, and Fanuc Controls
