Monday thru Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
$30 to $45hr depending on experience.
Busy company specializing in personalized fulfillment services that caters to the cosmetics, health & beauty industries and more, is looking for a Maintenance Tech to join their team in Canoga Park.
Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Tech with experience in the cosmetics or food manufacturing industries. Ideally having experience with machines like: piston filler, tube filler, and labelers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing various systems within facilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs.
Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs.
Inspect and maintain electrical systems including lighting, wiring, and fixtures.
Utilize logic controllers to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
Fabricate parts to repair or replace components as needed.
Implement preventive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment longevity.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management.
Strong mechanical knowledge to maintain various equipment and machinery.
