Press Operator – Full-Time (Carson, CA)
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available
Pay: $23.81 – $28.68 per hour
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Press Operators to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Carson. Candidates should have hands-on experience with press operations and machining processes. This role is essential for producing high-quality components while following safety standards.
Requirements:
Experience as a Setup Operator and in Surface Grinding (Tool Room) operations
Skilled in operating stamping presses, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brakes
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and GD&T
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience in CNC laser cutting, EDM, plasma cutting, welding, or tooling is a plus
Sheet metal fabrication knowledge a bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press and CNC machines
Conduct quality inspections and maintain production standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
Collaborate with team members in assembly and fabrication
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and cranes
