Job Description:
Cross Brothers is looking for a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, fabrication, and assembly of custom metal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, bend, and work with various metals safely
Read and interpret tape measures and shop drawings accurately
Experience with operating a band saw, ironworker, shear, and press brake
Layout and prepare materials for fabrication
Follow shop drawings/instructions to fabricate and assemble components
Operate forklifts (previous experience preferred)
Safely use hand drills, larger industrial drills, and deburring grinders
Maintain a clean and organized workspace daily
Support and uphold a strong safety culture
MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus but not required
Required Skills:
Proficiency in using a band saw, ironworker, shear, and press brake
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eagerness to learn
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
