Responsibilities:
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, etc.
Handle shipment scheduling, planning, updating, and shipment tracking
Verify accuracy of shipment contents and ensure they match packing lists.
Pack and prepare shipments for transport.
Process shipping-related invoices and payments.
Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and compliance.
Skills & qualifications:
Forklift certified (Sit-down and Reach)
Fluent in English
Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and proficient with shipping software (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Position: Warehouse/Shipping clerk with Forklift license
