Advanced Coating Technologies (ACT) is a 16-year-old Surface Coating company specializing in PVD/CVD & DLC coatings. We are looking for 1 Warehouse Machine Assistant (Entry Level) in our Valencia, CA location. If you have manufacturing experience, you may be the person we are looking for.

JOB DUTIES:
All duties include but not limited to.
Perform routine operation of assigned machine(s), including start-up and shutdown following procedures and guidelines.
Communicate with our Lead Dr./Scientist on all important matters.
Troubleshoot and correct minor problems, obtaining assistance from Supervisor and Management when needed.
Ensure all documentation is in order (part number, revision, etc.) and is kept at the workstation.
Perform general housekeeping in work areas (cleaning surfaces and machines, oil spills, etc.)
Position is an entry level position, if hired you will be trained in all areas of the warehouse to better assist lead Dr./Scientist.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of warehouse machinery. Knowledge of PVD/CVD/DLC coating machinery is preferred but not required.
Experience in warehouse environment.
Availability to read and comprehend blueprints, and drawings.
Knowledge of periodic table of elements as well as familiar of raw materials, cutting tools, and geometry related fields.
POSITION DETAILS:
Position is an entry level position. Training will be 6-8 weeks.
Scheduled starts at 7am-330pm. Once properly trained shift is 10am-630pm.
Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
Pay starts $18.00 per hour
