After-school Enrichment Program Leaders supervise and ensure the safety of youth enrolled in the After-School Program. They provide a safe, fun, inviting environment for youth TK-6th grade. Enrichment Program Leaders assist with homework, plan and implement daily activities such as arts & crafts, STEM, Sports, etc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supervises a group of children.
- Follows all procedures to check kids in/out of program
- Follows up with parents at the end of the day to report accidents or incidents
- Delivers program activities that are relevant, developmentally appropriate, and consistent with YMCA core values.
- Plans, implements and organizes activities such as arts & crafts, STEM, Sports, etc.
- Adheres to program standards, including safety and cleanliness standards.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings.
- Follows YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention, and emergencies.
- Maintain positive relations with participants, parents, and other staff.

Monday - Friday: 12:30-6:00PM
