What You’ll Help With:
Designing layout and aesthetic for a loft-style condo
Shopping for furniture and décor (online and in-store)
Organizing and optimizing space for real, livable comfort
Optional: Bathroom remodel planning (higher pay if experienced)
Ideal Candidate:
Design student or early-career designer looking for portfolio work
Familiar with modern, industrial, and minimal loft trends
Resourceful and able to stay within a reasonable budget
Able to provide mood boards or inspiration concepts
Bonus: Experience with space planning and small-space solutions
