JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Works with Program Directors to facilitate the ongoing development of a school-wide vision, goal-setting and positive school culture of Homestead Schools.
2. Maintains attendance, grades and other records for students and faculty.
3. Answers phones, coordinate meetings and completes general office tasks
4. Schedules maintenance of office equipment and maintains office/school/skills lab supplies.
5. Performs clerical tasks such as filing and storing ensuring proper records retention and maintenance in accordance with state, federal and accrediting agencies.
6. Receives and replies to student records requests effectively, timely, and in compliance.
7. Assists in dissemination of information internally and externally related to school policies, procedures, and emergency preparedness.
8. Assembles, edits, and formats academic records for the school’s annual reports.
9. Posts, monitors, and responds to students and faculty inquiries, questions and emails related to academic programs.
10. Attends regular faculty and staff meetings and prepares and distributes meeting minutes.
11. Assumes other duties as assigned by the Chief Academic Officer and School President.
