Position is part time (possibly grow to full time); schedule flexible. Compensation hourly, depending on experience.

A/R , A/P posting
Invoicing
Purchase Orders
Vendor Management
Customer Management
Internet work
Filing
MS Office work
Qualifications:
Computer proficiency required; specifically with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
Basic Accounting is a must, also must know Quickbooks
Applicants must be reliable, trustworthy individuals
Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision/direction of management
Internet experience
Phone etiquette
English proficiency
Multitasking and Problem solving
Positive Personality and a “WHATEVER IT TAKES” attitude
