Receptionist
-Managing inbound/outbound phone calls
-Documenting interactions
-Composing and corresponding with emails
-Light cleaning and organization
-Use of office equipment (i.e. phones, computer, fax, etc.)
-Invoicing and accounting experience
-Experience handling insurance claim
-Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook
-Ability to resolve and troubleshoot any bottlenecks which may arise
-Minimum two (2) years of extensive Administrative experience
-Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
-May perform other duties as assigned
Location: Gardena
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 (depedning on expereince)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ Every Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Overtime
