We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, as well as ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls and appointments
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Managing and maintaining company databases and records ( DOCUSIGNS)
Creating and editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations ( EXCEL)
Managing and organizing company files and documents
Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with online collaboration tools such as Zoom
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
