We are in need of a friendly, people-oriented, energetic, organized and detail-oriented person to coordinate care and lab work for patients.
Job Description:
Responds to Client's request for staffing
Receives and accept referrals verbally and via fax from referral source
Verify eligibility and obtain prior authorization for patients Schedule nurses for home visit with patients
Ensures that the nurses complete the requested services according to protocols and policies set forth by the referrals sources.
Conduct Patient Satisfaction surveys
Assist with onboarding of nurses
Assist with Medical Records Dept when needed
Assist with payroll and billing when needed
Assist with Marketing Dept when needed
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in home health, staffing or caregiver agency
Associates degree in Business Administration preferred, or Medical Assistant training or related field
Must be highly proficient in computer usage, Microsoft office suite, and internet use
Must be able to work international staff members who work remotely.
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
Must be flexible to work some weekends and holidays
Ability to meet given goals and meet deadlines
Ability to multitask is a must
Must be organized, able to function independently in a high-volume, fast paced, multitasking environment.
Must be able to work well under pressure
Flexibility to respond to urgent client requests after hours and on weekends when necessary.
Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
