ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Small Real Estate Office

Small real estate investment company, specializing in multifamily residential units in CA, AZ, and Texas is immediately seeking an experienced, high-energy assistant that is well organized and able to manage administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. The position is part-time (20-30 hours a week).

Qualifications Must Include:

- Min 4 years of experience in an office business environment

- A strong command of the English language, writing, editing and grammar

- Computer savvy beyond the basics

- Attention to accurate details

- Typed accurately at least 50 wpm

- Real Estate experience is not a must, but is helpful

- Effective organizational and time management skills

- Manage different tasks while paying strong attention to details

- Proficient in social media marketing

- Flexible hours, small staff quiet office near Sunset & Bundy.

Compensation $25-30 an hour based on experience with substantial opportunity for growth.

We are looking to expand our business and are searching for an experienced assistant to be a part of the team.
