We are looking to hire Administrative Clerk to performs a variety of clerical duties
Responsibilities:
Performs clerical duties including data entry, typing, filing, etc.
Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Order office supplies as directed.
Perform Other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position.
Requirements:
Bilingual (preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks is a plus.
Familiarity with office software and systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.

Flexibility in schedule hours
