Responsibilities
Highly organized and efficient administrative support to perform the day-to-day operations of our office along with other team members.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective support.
Handle confidential information and communicate effectively with internal management.
Act as a point of contact for the office and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Provide general administrative support, including managing email, calendar, organizing files, documents, mail, letters, and packages.
Support bookkeeping. Accounts payable and employee payroll procedures.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience managing office operations and will be able to anticipate the needs of the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Strong organizational skills
QuickBooks knowledge (not required) will train.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other relevant software
Have excellent grammar and communication skills.
