I need someone calm, organized, motivated, intelligent, and flexible to join my team and help me keep all the balls in the air.
My goal is to be able to pass things off my to-do list and see them completed - with very little or zero additional interaction/direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess basic digital literacy (Google cal, Google sheets, G-suite, Eventbrite, Linkedin, Canva, etc)
Have a chill, calm, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication (written/spoken).
Confident self-starter, quick learner.
Appreciate nature, health and slowing down to be in awe of this great mystery of life.
Appreciate people - and the magic of human resilience and development.
Possess a safe, gas-friendly vehicle, insurance, and a valid state ID.
Be willing to provide up to date Trustline certification or submit to background test.
TASKS
This is an entry level assistant position. Meaning - you must be comfortable with broad spectrum of assignments: from doing dishes in my personal home, to organizing and office filing system, to gathering orders and ordering meals for an entire production staff.
REMOTE HOURS
There are many tasks that can be completed remotely. This will depend on your areas of expertise and current workload.
There is lots of room for more hours if/when proficiency and compatibility are established.
PAY
$25 per hour. This rate is firm for the trial period of 90 days. Then we will check in on what is working and what isn't (for both parties) and discuss additional hours and pay increase.
