Speedy Auto Tint is a leader in high-quality automotive tinting services. In addition to serving our valued customers, we also run a Tint School to train the next generation of tinting professionals. We are looking for a motivated BDC Representative & Marketing Specialist to help grow our services, expand commercial projects, and attract students to our training programs—including partnerships with nonprofits and vocational programs.
Job Description:
We’re hiring part-time representatives to manage business development and marketing initiatives. The role includes making a minimum of 50 calls per day to drive sales, scheduling appointments, promoting our services, developing marketing campaigns to attract students and commercial clients, and managing check-ins, check-outs, and quality inspections at the time of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Make at least 50 calls per day to prospects, leads, and existing customers.
Schedule appointments for tinting services and follow up on inquiries.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for commercial projects and the tint school.
Build partnerships with nonprofits, schools, and local organizations to attract students.
Create and manage social media and online advertising campaigns.
Distribute promotional materials and increase community engagement.
Track marketing activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with leads and missed appointments to close sales.
Check customers in and out efficiently and professionally.
Perform quality checks at the time of delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
Qualifications:
Experience in BDC, sales, or marketing preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and sales skills.
Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Proficiency in social media marketing and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting goals.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience working with nonprofits or educational institutions is a bonus.
