OPPORTUNITY:
Rapid growing tax firm in the process of expansion has exciting opportunity for an experienced, detailed-oriented, self-starter full charge Data Entry. This is a great opportunity to join a local firm that is growing and has a wide variety of clients.
POSITION:
Data Entry (F/T) wanted for local firm to manage approximately 30-40 business accounts with an emphasis on GREAT customer service. Candidate will be speaking directly to clients on a daily basis and 95% over the phone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual in Spanish is a Must.
Must have at least 4+ years' experience in QuickBooks.
Must have at least 4+ years' experience in Data Entry.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Focus on customer service.
Must be able to work independently and complete assigned work within specific time limits.
Organizational skills are a must for this position.
