Job Description:
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and support. You will play a key role in coordinating with insurance companies, scheduling inspections, and following up on payments to keep the repair process running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Make follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding claims and approvals.
Schedule vehicle inspections and coordinate appointments.
Follow up on payments with insurance companies and provide status updates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in our system.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
Prior experience as a receptionist in a body shop is highly preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
