Keeping calendar current for Depositions, Euo's, and Conference room location(s), etc. through a calendar management
software;
Scheduling and rescheduling Depositions, Euo's, and Conference room location(s), etc. That require court Reporters,
Videographers and interpreters
Strong written and verbal skills. The ability to effectively communicate by email and by phone
Work well with others
Previous experience a PLUS! Willing to train the right candidate
