Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager / Admin Assistant. This dynamic role serves as the central liaison between our clients and internal teams. The primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of client accounts and related administrative tasks, ensuring project and service delivery aligns with the highest quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Communication

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular, proactive communication and scheduled check-ins.

● Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to proactively identify and suggest solutions or services that align with their needs.

● Communicate effectively with internal team members, providing regular updates on project timelines, risks, and issues.

● Maintain accurate and detailed client records, correspondence, and administrative files.

● Education: Experience: Your capability and potential matter more than a specific job title. We are looking for demonstrated capabilities in any professional or academic environment (e.g., college, internship, or work in any industry) that prove you:

○ Know how to communicate effectively with people (written and verbal).

● Skills:

○ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

○ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a sharp attention to detail.

○ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Hours:. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 AM.

Pay :$24.00-$26.00
