Data Entry Administrative Assistant in Construction Office (San Pedro – CA)
Immediate opening in San Pedro for part-time office duties.
Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time reliable Data Entry Clerk to provide administrative support to our high-paced construction office team.
This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Maintain office filings.
Assist with Accounts payables & receivables
Copying, Scanning Files and transfer to e-files
Other general administrative duties
Qualifications:
Must be detail-oriented
Must demonstrate ability to work independently.
Must exhibit strong phone communication skills.
Skilled in written English language proficiency.
Punctuality and reliable transportation to work are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Administrative Assistant or Secretary experience is a plus
Location: San Pedro, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible)
Hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Negotiable)
Start Date: June 3, 2024
