Job Summary:
The Computer Clerk is responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks involving computer systems, data entry, file management, and digital record keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, familiarity with office software, and the ability to manage information with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Maintain digital and hard copy filing systems
Retrieve, verify, and process electronic data for reports and presentations
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Coordinate with other departments for information sharing
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or office administration
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database software
Good typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Working Conditions:
May require prolonged use of computers and sitting at a desk
Occasional lifting of files or office supplies
Hours: 6am to 2:30pm shift, O.T. may require at any time.
Pay: $21.00 an hour
