Data Entry Clerk in Property Management Office (Burbank – CA)
Immediate opening in Burbank, CA for a bilingual, part-time Data Entry Clerk in a small property management firm.
Spanish and English language required
Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time reliable Data Entry Clerk to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-paced office environment located in Burbank, CA. This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Maintain office filings.
Assist with Accounts payables & receivables
Copying, Scanning Files and transfer to e-files
Client and tenant correspondence (largely from templates)
Vendor relations
Other general administrative duties
Qualifications:
Must be detail-oriented (will be tested)
Must demonstrate ability to work independently.
Must exhibit strong phone communication skills.
Skilled in written English language proficiency.
Punctuality and reliable transportation to work are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of AppFolio, Yardi or any Real Estate Software is a huge plus
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Administrative Assistant or Secretary experience is a plus
Knowledge of AppFolio a huge plus
Spanish Speaking a must
Location: Burbank, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Negotiable)
Compensation: Salary $19-$20/hr (DOE)
Start Date: June 3, 2024
