Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver doors and related products to clients safely and on time.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and customers regarding deliveries.
- Assist with packing and preparing orders for delivery.
- Operate delivery vehicle safely, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide customer service during deliveries, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries
- Comfortable operating large delivery truck with trailer in tow
Requirements
- A valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy doors and materials.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A commitment to safety and following established procedures.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a related role is preferred.
